This summer we decided to start ridding bikes with the kids. We have been ridding around the neighborhood. The kids love it. A couple of weekends ago we decided to ride to the park.
Grandma Leslie and Mackenzie met us at the park. Mackenzie was really sad she was not ridding with Cam and Belle. The kids did really good and we had a lot of fun.
Cameron's 1st day of school was 8/25. He was kind of nervous before the day started. He stood in line waiting for his teacher and didn't talk to anybody. I was nervous for him. But when I picked him up he said it was the "best day ever!" 
Isabelle was so excited about staring 1st grade. I was so stressed about it. She is really shy. Her first day was 8/26.
She had a harder 1st day than Cameron. She didn't make any friends on her first day and ate lunch by herself. It made me so sad. But on the second day she started making friends and now she has 3 girls she eats lunch and plays with.
They both love their new school. Hopefully they will do well and make lots of friends around our neighborhood.
A couple Saturdays ago I was out with the kids when my bad luck started. We were on our way home when we got rear-ended. We didn't get hurt, but I was very upset. I was nervous for the kids, they were kind of scared.
Then the following Monday I decided to drive Amos' car. Isabelle and I were on our way to meet her teacher at school when we got rear-ended again!
The guy that hit me the second time did not have insurance and the cop the came to the scene didn't do anything about it. I was so mad!
So Amos told me I'm not allowed to drive his new truck, because he doesn't want me to get rear-ended again...ha ha ha
Hopefully that was the end of my bad luck.
