4th of July

This year we decided to start the day with a little volleyball action. My sister Jen is "obsessed" about it. Ever since we joined lifetime, she has been wanting to play some games.

Last Saturday we were finally able to get every one to the gym at the same time. Except for Camilla. We missed you!!!

It was a lot of fun. We played a few games. I have to admit that it was much more fun than doing cardio and lifting weights.

After that we had a bbq and fireworks over at our house. It was a very fun day.

Amos' face sunburned because as usual he forgot to use sunblock.

Cousins jumping on the tramp.

Ethan taking a little nap.

Cam and Colton playing Rock Band.

Jordanelle

So I finally made it to a boating trip with Amos and the kids. I was getting so upset! I know everyone needs a break once in a while, but I was really starting to miss my kids and my husband!

Last Friday we decided to go to Jordanelle. My mother in law was camping up there, so we decided to go visit for the day. Cody, Trish, their boys, Kariann, and Quinton came as well.

At first the weather was not great. It looked like it was going to rain a lot. But the sun decided to come out and we had a great day!

Amos, he is such a hottie!!!

A little kneeboarding.

A little wakeboarding. Who knew one day I would become somewhat athletic!!!

Girls Night Out!

Last week the girls in my family decided it was time to go out without husbands or kids (except for Ethan). Sushi was the pick for dinner. We wen to Mikado and then of course we had to have some desert, so we went to Red Mango for a "healthier" desert.

We had a lot of fun together. I was having a little too much fun with the camera that night. I took some pictures that my sisters and sister's in law would not want me to post, but I'm going to anyway.

2009 MS Ride

This year Trish talked me into going to the MS ride with her. Trish and Cody have been riding it for a few years now.

It was a lot of fun! 40 miles are not as long as I thought it would be. Plus all the bootcamp training helped me strengthen my core muscles, so that my back and shoulder would not hurt during the ride.

There were so many riders! I was amazed at how many people go to Logan every year for it. On the day of the ride that had raised $1.5 million! It was incredible!

I will definitely ride again next year. Hopefully Amos will go with me, instead of boating in Yuba...lol

Yuba Lake

So I'm way behind on my posting...but better late than never.

On the last weekend on June, Amos took the kids to Yuba Lake with his family. It's warm enough now that we can go boating. We love being outside, specially by a lake to cool us off.

I wasn't able to go on this trip. Amos and the kids had a lot of fun. The weather was perfect!

Lagoon with the kids!

Last Friday Amos and I took the kids to Lagoon. It was a perfect day to go. We were worried about the rain. It's been raining so much, I feel like I'm back in Sao Paulo.

Rusty, Avry, Quinton, and Leslie also came with us. The kids had a lot of fun with their cousins.

Cam and Belle are tall enough that they can go on all the rides. They are braver than I am.

Isabelle riding the bumper cars.

Amos riding with Isabelle. She's such a daddy's little girl!

Amos and I on the Rocket. I get so scared. Leslie took the picture while I was still smiling.

We had a lot of fun. The weather was perfect! Not too hot, not too cold.

Bees Game

It's baseball season again! We love going to Bee's games. I still think that the kids and my husband are more into the snacks than the game. Maybe we should try going to a game and not buying anything to see what everyone really thinks about the sport!

Notice the kids and Amos having ice cream.

The kids having a snow cone! They also had nachos, french fries, cotton candy, and a hot dog. Needless to say nobody was hungry for dinner.
